Our 4 key differentiators:
1. A deeper understanding of our client’s business needs. All of our practitioners have worked inside technology companies and have in many cases held similar positions to the hiring authority they are serving. They understand the initiatives behind their work and measure themselves against the results of the initiatives they are supporting.
2. A team of “highly responsive” professionals. Each year we survey our clients and they continue to rank us “extremely high” in responsiveness and attentiveness to their respective needs. We will always respond to our clients within 24 hours and often times within 2 hours.
3. A menu of flexible services. We do not subscribe to the “one service fits all” approach but instead tailor our services to a client’s specific need, at that specific moment, to solve their unique challenge. Our consultants have the experience and range to work on projects at multiple levels of an organization.
