Carol joined TEG in 1998 and currently manages the Communications Systems & Software Practice. Within the practice, Carol specializes in executive and mid level placements in the functional areas of General Management, Marketing, Sales & Business Development.

Carol has successfully filled key positions including General Manager (7 different ventures),  General Manager Fixed Access, General Manager CDMA,  Director of Innovation;  Director of Product Development,  System Sales Engineer,  RF Engineer, and various marketing, sales and business development roles. Enjoying repeat business, Carol thrives working multiple positions with the same client.  Carol’s experience extends beyond North America as she has successfully completed strategic global assignments in Europe and APAC. 

Before joining TEG, Carol enjoyed a twelve year career between two companies in regional sales management:  Cable & Wireless and LCI/Qwest.  Carol has a MS from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and a BS in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.   Carol resides in Maryland with her husband while her children enjoy college life.
