Chris joined the firm in 2011 after spending over 20 years in the business software and communication equipment markets. Chris primarily focuses on executive level search in communications and technology companies servicing the financial services industry. Having recently spent two years living in London, Chris brings an experienced and unique perspective to clients focused on building global leadership teams. Immediately prior to joining the company, Chris served as the VP, Financial Services Business Unit for NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE), an $800M enterprise software company headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. He reported directly to the President of NICE's Enterprise Product Group and had global P&L responsibility for the company's financial services products.

Prior to NICE Systems, Chris served as CEO at Nicom Technologies, Inc., a leading telephony VAR that he exited to a $200M+ systems integrator. Chris also held several Vice President positions with Avaya managing indirect channels and global accounts with revenue responsibility in excess of $250M. He has an in-depth knowledge of business development, emerging technologies and large-scale global sales management. Chris also serves on the Boards of several early-stage technology companies whose products are focused on the financial services industry as well as the mobile applications space. He earned an MBA from New York University and a BA in International Relations from Bucknell University. Chris currently resides in the Miami, Florida area with his wife and three children.
