Marci is a Partner of Technology Executive Group leading the IT Services and Solutions Practice. Since joining TEG in 1996, she has specialized in recruiting senior sales and marketing, business development and product management talent to both public and private technology companies in the high growth areas of IT outsourcing, infrastructure and cloud services.

With her vast network of contacts and her deep industry and functional expertise, Marci has also built a reputation in the expanding IT Services arena for partnering with clients to help them attract high impact professionals to the most strategic, executive-level roles in their organizations. Marci has placed over 200 professionals over the course of her search consulting career.

Prior to joining TEG, Marci spent eight years with global telecommunications leader Cable & Wireless in sales and sales management positions of increasing responsibility. She is a graduate of Temple University and lives with her husband and two sons in Princeton, New Jersey.
