Vicki Devlin Managing Director Communications Services

Vicki is a Managing Director with Technology Executive Group in the Communications Services Practice. Since joining TEG in 2001, she has specialized in recruiting executive level talent across an array of functional areas, from sales, marketing and customer care to engineering and operations. Her clients range from large global leaders to smaller niche companies and include Cox Communications, Cbeyond, Windstream and Conterra Broadband, among others.

Fifteen years of sales and management experience in telecommunications contribute not only to Vicki's in-depth knowledge of the industry, but also to her ability to develop a keen sense of a company's culture—critical in ensuring candidates represent a strong fit from every perspective.

Before joining TEG, Vicki managed the Wholesale ISP Sales Channel nationwide for Intermedia Communications. Previously, she excelled in sales and management positions with Sprint, MCI and Cable & Wireless. She received numerous awards and recognition, including MCI's Chairman Inner Circle Award and Intermedia’s Presidents Club and Inner Circle Awards. Vicki is a graduate of Miami University and resides with her husband in Las Vegas, Nevada.
