Over the past 5 years, TEG has developed a close partnership with Kathy Warwick at Confident Careers for senior level resume composition. Kathy is a nationally certified resume writer and has developed professional biographies and resumes for many senior level candidates in a variety of technology sectors. In addition to resume services, Kathy also offers personal branding assistance and career management services to individuals on a nationwide basis.

Kathy Warwick is the owner of Confident Careers, LLC, a career management company that helps $150K–$750K executives uncover and articulate their value to the marketplace. Since starting the business in 2002, Kathy has earned multiple certifications – and is one of less than 50 résumé writers in the world with the NCRW (Nationally Certified Resume Writers) credentials. 

Kathy has held positions of First Vice President and Regional Representative for the National Résumé Writers Association, and has served as a mentor within the industry, helping other writers in pursuit of certification. She has written resumes that were chosen for publication and has sample resumes posted on industry related websites.

Kathy’s background is in banking and IT, where she held positions such as Operations VP and Account Executive. Now she combines that business experience with her career management success to deliver no-nonsense services that help clients target positions that support their business and personal needs.
