iCore Appoints Robert Ellison as VP of Client Services
In his new role at iCore, Robert will organize the support methodology and business practices of the client services team to service, renew, promote and sell new hosted products to the iCore customer base. In addition, he will lead the development and implementation of the client centric marketing campaigns that cement iCore's position as the #1 service provider of hosted VoPI applications servicing corporate accounts.
Robert brings 18 years of successful experience in sales, operations, and support management. Previously, he served as Vice President of Customer Retention and Vice President of Sales and Support at Savvis, Inc., who specializes in IT infrastructure services. Most recently, Robert was a Senior Consultant with Chesapeake Partners, where he consulted senior executives in the Telecommunications and IT infrastructure on client support and revenue generation.
