Sarah McCullough

Sarah McCullough joined TEG in 1999 as a senior recruiter and currently leads and manages the Washington, DC region. Consistently a top consultant, Sarah has specialized in managing large marketing and sales recruitment projects for advanced technology companies such as Intelsat, Nextel, Mindshift, Sprint, UCN and Interactive Services. Mrs. McCullough was instrumental in the opening of our project recruitment division focusing on sales and marketing needs within middle management. Today, Sarah personally assists in key middle management searches and currently oversees the TEG mid-market project division.

Sarah's background includes 17 years of sales, recruiting and sales management experience in the technology industry. At Cable & Wireless Communications, Sarah joined the company in direct sales before moving to their indirect distribution program. First as an agent manager and later as the East Region Manager of the Partner Management Program, Sarah won numerous Top Performance Awards and expanded her organization dramatically. Prior to Cable & Wireless, Sarah worked as a Regional Sales Manager for a Reprographic Technology firm and gained her recruiting experience at Careers & Co. where she opened their permanent placement division. Sarah has a BA in History from Duke University. Sarah and her husband Ted reside in Bethesda Maryland with their 2 children.
